Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for paid PetKindred plans purchased through the Service.

This Policy supplements our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this Policy limits any refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or Paddle's applicable buyer and refund terms.

1. Paid Plans and Payment Provider

PetKindred may offer free and paid plans. Paid plan features, limits, prices, billing periods, and availability may change over time as described in the Service.

Paid plan payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for Paddle-processed orders and handles payment processing, taxes, receipts, invoices, order-related customer service, cancellations, and refund processing. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through the account settings or billing areas available in the Service, through Paddle receipt or manage-subscription links, or through Paddle buyer support.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals where technically available and may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by Paddle or required by law. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period or unused subscription time.

3. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, Paddle policy, payment method rules, technical or product defect handling, error or fraud review, or Paddle case-by-case discretion, payments are final and non-refundable.

Refund requests for Paddle-processed payments should be submitted through the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your transaction email, through Paddle buyer support at paddle.net, or by contacting us through our contact form with the email address used for your PetKindred account and any Paddle order, receipt, or transaction information available to you.

Account deletion, unused subscription time, canceled access, or dissatisfaction with the Service does not automatically create a refund.

If Paddle approves a refund, Paddle will process it to the original payment method where possible, processing timing depends on Paddle and the payment method, and Premium access for the refunded transaction may end.
