PetKindred provides a platform for creating, saving, managing, viewing, and sharing pet family trees. The Service may include sandbox drafting, account-based tree persistence, pet and relationship management, public and private visibility controls, private read-only share links, subscriptions, and related account tools.

You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You may not share your account or password with any third party. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not such activities were authorized by you. You agree to notify VodoleyStudio promptly of any unauthorized use of your account, suspected breach of security, or compromise of your credentials.

PetKindred may offer free and paid plans. Free access may include limited tree and family graph capabilities. Paid plans may include additional limits, private read-only share links, or other premium functionality described in the Service.

Our order process for paid PetKindred plans is conducted by Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for Paddle-processed orders and handles order-related payment processing, taxes, receipts, invoices, customer service inquiries, cancellations, and returns or refunds. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Plan features, limits, prices, billing periods, and availability may change over time. Any paid access is subject to successful payment processing and applicable Paddle or payment provider terms.

You may manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through the account settings or billing areas available in the Service, through Paddle receipt or manage-subscription links, or through Paddle buyer support. Cancellation stops future renewals where technically available and may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by Paddle or required by law.

Except where required by applicable law, Paddle policy, payment method rules, technical or product defect handling, error or fraud review, or Paddle case-by-case discretion, payments are final and non-refundable.

Account deletion, unused subscription time, canceled access, or dissatisfaction with the Service does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests for Paddle-processed payments are handled by Paddle, and Premium access for a refunded transaction may end.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including pet names, pet details, tree names and descriptions, family relationships, notes, uploaded media, and other materials you provide.

You grant VodoleyStudio a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, display, modify, transmit, and use such content solely for the purpose of providing, operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Service.

If your content includes personal data of third parties, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases to provide such data for processing through the Service. You further represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to submit any content, including photos, references, descriptions, or other materials, and that such content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

You are responsible for the visibility settings you choose for trees and pet information. Public trees may be viewable by people who access the public page. Private read-only share links may allow anyone with a valid link to view the shared tree while the link remains active and permitted by your plan.

You should not publish or share content that you do not want others to see. We may disable, revoke, or restrict sharing features where necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to submit, upload, store, publish, or share content that is unlawful, obscene, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, or that violates intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, bypass security or access controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, abuse checkout or subscription systems, or use automated or excessive requests in a way that harms the Service or other users.

VodoleyStudio reserves the right to remove content, disable sharing, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or service safety standards.

The Service may apply technical, usage, plan, entitlement, and rate limits to authentication, tree creation, pet and relationship editing, private sharing, checkout, and other Service endpoints in order to ensure stability, prevent abuse, and maintain fair access.

Limits may vary by plan, endpoint, system load, operational conditions, or security needs and may be adjusted at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access to the Service.

You may request deletion of your account through available self-service settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, access to your account may be removed, future subscription renewals may be canceled where technically available, and your profile, memberships, owned trees, and uploaded media ownership may be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

Some information may be retained where required or permitted for billing, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, backups, logs, or legal compliance. Remaining paid time, if any, is not refundable through account deletion except where required by law.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials, is owned by VodoleyStudio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except for your User Content and rights expressly granted to you, these Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the Service or its underlying technology.

The Service may rely on third-party services for functions such as authentication, database and storage, payments and subscriptions, hosting and infrastructure, monitoring, support, and email delivery. VodoleyStudio is not responsible for the policies, actions, availability, or services of third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

VodoleyStudio may suspend or terminate your account, restrict features, remove content, or disable access in whole or in part if you violate these Terms, submit prohibited content, engage in abuse, fail to pay amounts due, create legal or security risk, or otherwise pose a risk to the Service, its providers, or other users.

In the event of termination due to violations of these Terms, access to your account, trees, media, and subscription benefits may be permanently revoked without refund except where required by applicable law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VodoleyStudio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

PetKindred is not a veterinary, medical, genealogy, identity verification, or legal service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you enter and share.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VodoleyStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or unauthorized access arising from or related to your use of the Service.

If VodoleyStudio is found liable for any claim arising from or related to the Service, VodoleyStudio's total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to VodoleyStudio through the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VodoleyStudio from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.

VodoleyStudio may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction determined by VodoleyStudio, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
